Membership is corporate. Each organization has a primary “main member,” while all company colleagues who hold benefits responsibilities are “associate members.” There is no “per-head” charge beyond the annual membership investment. We encourage companies to include all employees from their human resources, finance, legal, payroll, leave administration, government affairs or any other departments who have benefits or compensation responsibilities. This includes all business locations and offices worldwide.
“Being a member of the American Benefits Council has been a game-changer, especially with limited internal resources. Whether we’re addressing retirement or health and welfare benefits challenges, the Council is always there to offer tailored support and advocacy.”
— Jordan Backman, Executive Vice President, Human Resources, AMC Networks Inc.
