With Congress now debating the outline of tax reform legislation, the American Benefits Council is on high alert for proposals that would limit or fully eliminate the federal tax exclusion for employer-provided health care coverage.

On March 18, the Council unveiled an economic study showing definitively the negative unintended consequences such a proposal would have.
